Job Duties:

  • Carry out daily reception duties, including but are not limited to providing customer services, handling enquiries and complaints, and carrying out administrative and coordination work of operation
  • Responsible for regular patrol
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

  • An associate degree or above
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably gained in hotel or property management industry
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
