Customer Service Associate (Chinese Bank; 20K)

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain client’s master records and update all subsequent changes on client’s file
  • Review and process account opening, including corporate account and professional investor structure, in compliance with SFC requirements
  • Follow up account opening documentation
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and requests
  • Carry out KYC and AML checking
  • Verify client’s signature on all instruction forms
  • Scan client records for optical storage
  • Ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor

Requirements 

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Finance related discipline
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience (customer service experience gained in securities industry and knowledge on related SFC requirements an advantage)
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details, be able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of Simplified Chinese a plus
