Our medical device client is looking for an experienced customer care associate to help with their telemarketing function.
Be responsible and manage the potential patients database from interest to conversion working in tandem with the sales, marketing and partnering doctor teams.
Be responsible to drive attendance, education for potential patients along the purchase conversion funnel.
To improve the communication and selling skills and workflows with the sales training team.
Communicate with partnering doctors by providing constant feedback and reviews
Share knowledge across Asia Pacific to continually improve KPIs across all benchmarks
Measure KPIs and to continuous improve standardisation and efficiency
Minimum two years working experience.
Experience in the dental or medical industry beneficial.
Inside sales or telemarketing experience.
CRM experience required.
Excellent selling skills.
Excellent communication skills.
