About the Role

The Customer Support Team (Home Department) is responsible for developing and stabilizing new product through scaling up operation flow and having optimal resources ready. It is expected to proactively engage in acquisition service providers and match appropriate ones to consumers. It is necessary to stabilize and scale up the operational procedures and to provide consistent, high quality resolutions to consumers and service providers through optimizing existing processes. 

Responsibilities 

● Work to rapidly grow the supplier base by proactively marketing the HelloToby platform to new suppliers and successfully onboard them through all possible channels
● Swiftly respond to service providers through the phone, WhatsApp, online chat-room, social media and e-mails; ability to multitask and handle issues over all channels is a must
● Dispatch orders to service providers, and manage their expectations
● Handle disputes escalation in accordance to existing policies and procedures and possess ability to think under stressful situation
● Work with the management team and peers to effectively resolve high priority issues
● Stay informed of all site and policy changes as they occur and be able to articulate them accurately    
● Maintain friendly relationship with service providers

Qualifications

● Higher Diploma or Degree holder
● Good command of Chinese and English both verbally and in writing, and with good phone skills
● Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, being able to solve problems independently
● Good interpersonal skills.  Able to exhibit courtesy, kindness, efficiency and helpfulness
● Excellent communication skills, can speak clearly, calmly, and persuasively in a high-pressure environment
● Reliability and dependability in responding to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance
