Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from customers
Handle customer needs to enhance brand loyalty
Make reservation as requested by customers
Provide the best customer service in a professional manner
Follow up with customer feedback for service improvement
Relevant experience in customer service field is preferable
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Excellent communication and listening skills
Passionate in customer service and luxury brand
Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior position
