Customer Service Call Center Representatives


These exciting positions are created for managing the accounts of RMS highly visible customers. The positions are accounts receivable/customer service jobs with the following key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct accounts receivable phone calls, prompting business customers for payment of past due invoices
  • Gather and document data into proper systems as per RMS' client's requirements.
  • Communicate via telephone, e-mail and fax to our client’s customers to update the status of their accounts
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Customer Service and/or Collections experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess multi-tasking skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and with good communication skills
  • General PC knowledge including MS Office and English typing
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, additional language skill an advantage
