Description

  • Handle incoming calls or email enquires from their clients
  • Handle reservation requests from their clients
  • Provide the best customer services to the clients in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Follow up with the clients' feedbacks for service improvements


Profile
  • Relevant working experience in customer service industry is preferable
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior role


Job Offer
