Handle incoming calls or email enquires from their clients
Handle reservation requests from their clients
Provide the best customer services to the clients in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
Follow up with the clients' feedbacks for service improvements
Relevant working experience in customer service industry is preferable
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior role

Stable working hours
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
