Customer Service Clerk 客戶服務文員 (Air Export Operation 空運出口部)
Job MatcherJob Description:
- Receive and process shipping instructions
- Handle air export shipping documents
- Handle daily customer inquiries on phone and/or via email
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holders are preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with more relevant work experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Clerk
- Fresh graduates are welcome
