Customer Service Clerk (Air Freight)

Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up the daily enquiries, filing and answering phone calls
  • Follow SOP to maintain up to standard service
  • Coordinate with operations, sales & warehouse departments on shipments arrangement
  • Build up close relationship with shipper and overseas agent
  • Responsible for accurate data input
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse & airfreight operations would be an asset
  • General written and spoken skills in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
  • Eager to learn and able to work under pressure 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
