Customer Service Clerk / Customer Services Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling enquiries with customer.
  • To assist sales team to issue invoices, packing list and delivery orders
  • Prepare monthly report & administrative work.
  • To handle clerical duties including data entry and filing

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge with Chinese typing is a must
  • Mature, detail-minded and with good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independent and under pressure
