Job Description:
• Distribute any sales related information to the Sales team in a timely manner
• To liaise with the Sales team and update the overall satisfaction level of customer and the quality of service
• Provide sales support of all aspects, including telemarketing, preparing quotation and volume report
• Handle customers' incoming call and enquiry email, placing and processing customer orders
• Design and prepare brochures, sailing schedules and any other appropriate information
• Update customer with cost, selling rate, shipment status, schedule, etc. from time to time proactively
• Assist in any other adhoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:
• F.5 or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience mainly in logistics and sales field preferred
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good communication skill and manner with customers
• High caliber, proactive and team player
• Sincere, passionate, enthusiastic
• Immediate available is highly preferred
