Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for daily customer service operation
  •  Handle customer enquiries and sales order processing
  •  Provide clerical support and data input

Requirement:

  •  F.5 or above
  •  Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  •  More expenience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Clerk
