Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily customer service operation such as sales order management and delivery arrangement

  • Support sales department, cooperate with factories and logistics department

  • Handle ad-hoc duties upon required

Requirements

  • Diploma graduate or above

  • Fluent literacy in Mandarin and English is required

  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS word and Chinese typing
