Customer Service Clerk

FRESH UP GROUP LIMITED

Responsibilities:

  • General duties of Customer Services Clerk, handling enquiries from customers, general clerical duties;
  • Work corporately with internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction level;
  • Keeping the records of customers’ request accurately;
  • Others ad-hoc projects as requested.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in related disciplines or any other equivalent education;
  • 0-2 years working experience;
  • Proficient in MS office, proficiency in Word, Excel and PPT etc.;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Chinese typing is necessary);
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred.

Working Hours:

5.5 working days, rest on public holiday

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
