As a result of the expansion, we are looking for a Customer service consultant to join our team:

Job Details:

  • Receiving customers at the front desk by greeting;
  • Handling patients’ inquiries and follow up action;
  • Handling cashiering duties and Reception;
  • Managing member profiles, membership data, and history in the system; and,
  • To support the medical team.

* Luxmed will provide on job training*


 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above;
  • 1 -2 years of working experience in customer service/ hospitality / F&B industry would be an advantage;
  • Good communication and independent skills;
  • Loyalty, customer oriented driven (Not sales were driven);
  • Shift duty is required (NO overnight shift); and,
  • Experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.

*Our remuneration package = Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Bonus*
