Our client is a reputable MNC and well-known global leader of general insurance who are seeking three (3) Customer Service staff to join their travel claims division, responsible for handling general enquiries from customers. This would be a possible renewing contract subject to performance.


  • Experience in customer services preferred
  • Good attitude with polished people skills in dealing with customers
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
