Job Description
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, such as support on business submission, client servicing
  • Handle data input/ entry to system
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients by providing quality service to customer
  • Handling general inquiries from customers
  • Sample arrangement and follow up order processing

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years or above working experience.
  • Experience of the printing, coating and / or textile industry an advantage, but not imperative.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Well-organized, detailed mind and able to handle multi-tasks.
  • PC literate; and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate availability would be preferred.
