Job description

Responsible for providing customer services to customers for airfreight shipment

 

Your tasks and responsibilities 

  • Handle and coordinate shipments with internal parties
  • Align with shipping guideline and implement standard operations procedures
  • Input data into the internal system
  • Provide appropriate solutions to customer to ensure their requirements are met
  • Organize document dispatch / filing
  • Handle general inquiries from customers as well as overseas offices
  • Monitor the uplift performance
  • Prepare customer reports

 

  Your skills and experience 

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2  years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry, air freight preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to adapt changes
