Job Description:

  • Day-to-Day frontline interactions with customer
  • Routine shipment processing-export booking and related data entry and screening of relevant shipping documents.
  • Arrange pick up order and prepare trucking arrangement for cross-border with CEVA Ground service
  • Monitor the shipment status and prepare the customers' reports and system updates
  • Execute SOP and instructions as assigned by superior 
  • Escalate to senior colleagues for support on urgent request

Job Requirements:

  • F5 graduates / DSE or above
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
  • Knowledge on the import requirements for destinations and local formality 
  • Knowledge on non-DG or DG handling requirement and guide shipper for enquiry
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin 
  • Able to work overtime and work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
