Customer Service Coordinator / Assistant Supervisor

Job Description:

Daily works include, but not limited to:

  • Contact window for worldwide customers in air shipment arrangement;
  • Respond to enquiries from clients about service products & export problems;
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment process.

Requirement:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above;
  • At least 2-4 years of air freight forwarder customer service experience;
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin with good communication skills;
  • Availability to work on Saturdays & public holidays on alternate basis;
  • Basic knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint.
