Customer Service Coordinator / Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Handle and follow up customers’ incoming call, complaints, and enquiries
  • Maintain and update customers' database
  • Responsible for renewing the service contract with customers
  • Prepare monthly customer-related / internal reports
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor


  • Form 5 or above / DSE graduate with at least 1 - 2 years working experience. Less experience but with a passion to develop in CS field will be considered
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge and proficiency in Chinese word processing
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good team-spirit and problem-solving skills
  • Saturday shift (half day) is required but will be compensated by substitution holiday
