The incumbent is responsible for handling customers’ enquiries and incoming calls, complaints, providing technical support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above 
  • 2 years experience in customer services /telesales (preferably in home appliance industry) 
  • Strong customer service mind, polite with cheerful personality 
  • Proficient in PC applications 
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
