Customer Service Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Job Duty:

  • Handle client’s enquiries
  • Order follow up, data processing, routine documentary preparation and delivery arrangement


  • Diploma or above 
  • At least 2 years production relevant experience
  • Experience in electronic/manufacturing or electronic trading industry is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (pass JLPT N2 or above)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Flexible and willing to travel to China and other countries when necessary
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office, e.g. MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint etc
