Customer Service Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is a multinational company which provides international freight forwarding, logistics and moving service.  They are looking for a native Japanese speaker to join their Customer Service team to cope with their fast-growing company.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales support including sales and business trends analysis
  • Deal with customer enquiries and provide equitable solutions in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Operation and Sales departments to ensure the pre-sales & after-sales process is smooth and efficiency
  • Provide support to Logistics, Operation and Human Resource departments
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 2 year's customer service experience preferably in logistic or shipping industry
  • Excellent customer service mindset, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and multi-tasking is expected
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both spoken and written (JLPT N1 preferable)
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
