About the Role...

  • Responsible for order data entry and support the warehouse daily operations
  • Coordinate with Retail and Wholesale teams for order processing
  • Handling incoming Telephone customer’s order and inquiry
  • Checking List price on customer order
  • Arrange product delivery and ad hoc Customer assignments/requirement
  • Assist/Supervise order/delivery problem solving during Asst. Manager/Supervisor on leave

About the Person...

  • Diploma or above,
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system preferable
  • Good communication skill
