Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a business-related discipline preferred and good interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Tactful in answering enquires & resolving problems
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Fluent in Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin an asset
  • Familiar with various database software, MS Office XP and Lotus SmartSuite
  • Detail-oriented, highly flexible and can work under pressure


Responsibilities:

  • General Office Work
  • Customer Service Responsibilities
  • To support Sales Team on pre-sales and after-sales coordination and documentation
  • To update and maintain the database system
  • Handle correspondences and report writing
