  • Handle customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
  • Coordinate with both internal technical support teams and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
  • Coordinate all messages between Customer, warehouse and suppliers
  • Respond to clients requirements by proposing suitable solutions to clients
  • Handling all company products Maintenance Services


  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years customer service / technical support experience in IT / Telecom field
  • Positive and excellent service attitude with strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer-focus, flexible, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Good Spoken and written of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC operation such as MS Office etc.
  • Immediate available preferred
