Customer Service Coordinator

  • F.5 or above
  • 2-3 year or above working experience in trading firm customer service / shipping
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage
  • Mature, cheerful, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Email software & Chinese Word Processing
  • Handle customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
  • Follow up the order status with customers
  • Make sure the goods on time delivery accurately
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service
  • Lodge down customer issues, problems or complaints for sales term follow up
  • Inform and work with Sales Team about the order situation
  • Maintain a good communications with the Customers and co-operation parties
