Responsibilities :

  • Prepare/ process DO/ inventory list for daily inbound & outbound
  • Issue/ prepare invoices, DO and update inventory/stocks records for assigned client accounts;
  • Work closely/ coordinate with internal & external parties on orders delivery/ inbound transtractions
  • Monitor customer services performance KPI

Requirement :

  • Form 5/ DSE or above with at least 1 years of CS working experience
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal parties
  • Customer focused, result oriented, and willing to learn
  • Working Location : ATL Kwai Chung
