Customer Service Coordinator

Major Job Accountabilities:  

  1. Respond to customer’s questions, problem, requests and/or complaints
  2. Follow up all discrepancy/irregularity cases
  3. Handle CCA/amendment requested by customer
  4. Trace missing cargo and follow-up on tracers
  5. Track and trace on-forwarding cargo
  6. Provide freight status alert and/or prove-of-delivery to customers
  7. Coordinate with Interline to get on-forwarding space and ad hoc rate
  8. Monitor export/import vendor’s performance
  9. Monitor import handling and randomly re-weigh inbound shipments for CCA
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or have equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Have a focus on customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Have a problem solving mindset
  • Ability to be resourceful and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Must be flexible and be available to work outside of scheduled hours as needed
  • Must possess integrity, honesty and strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to contribute to the role
  • Proficiency in the English and Chinese (Written/Verbal) is a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Able to work in a very fast paced environment
