Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all required process related to daily inbound/ outbound shipments; and regular inventory reconciliation;
  • Process daily 3PL transactions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
  • Issue/ prepare invoices, DO and updates inventory records for assigned client accounts;
  • Ensure all customer concerns are handled timely and accurately;
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Form 5/ DSE or above with at least 2 years of CS working experience
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Customer focused and result oriented
  • Willing to learn, good team player
  • Working location : Kwai Chung ATL
  • 5 days work
