Purpose:     
Role is to communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting manufacturing and shipping operations. Communicates with customers from initial estimate and quote stage through placement of orders to delivery. Has a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and works with production staff to achieve on-time customer deliveries. Monitors and resolves customer complaints. Handles less complex accounts.

Key Accountabilities:
Directly responsible for project management functions relating to contract packaging customer base, including interaction with the customer’s decision makers.
Builds order specifications, prepares material plans, places orders for materials with pre-approved vendors, creates bill of materials, enter sales orders in the order entry system, handles miscellaneous invoicing, and maintains appropriate records. 
Supports sales in quoting and estimating projects and less complex displays by applying established pricing methodologies.  Prices under established margins and delivers quotations. Validates sales contracts and purchase orders; ensures agreements are in place and properly managed. 
Investigates and resolves customer complaints by involving appropriate departments within facility. Seeks guidance for process solutions; limited authority to resolve issues within current processes

Key Challenges:
Understand the basic knowledge of printing industry
Be active to participate in teamwork.
Communicate and coordinate between internal and external parties.

Scope:
Dealing with customers, mainly in USA, Hong Kong and Mainland China
Supplier is located in China, and some from Asia Pacific Regions

Knowledge and Experience:
Higher Diploma or above
Entry level of customer relations experience.
