Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking incoming/outgoing calls
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with different teams to deliver efficient customer service
  • Provide full range of customer services and clerical support
     

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with good command of English and Mandarin
  • PC knowledge and relevant working experience preferred  (fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Good telephone manner with positive attitude and pleasant character
  • Good communication skill and proactive style
  • Immediate available is preferred
