Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and consistently handle incoming enquires by phone, email & walk in customers in a positive manner.
  • Follow up enquires/ bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Assist and support other departments and follow team members if required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or University Graduate, major in Tourism field is preferred
  • Travel industry knowledge and / or call center sales and service experience is preferred.
  • Good command of  English &  Chinese in both  written and oral communication
  • Native  Mandarin speaking  is  preferred
  • Fresh graduates who looking to establish a career in cruise industry will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words & Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Self-motivated, energetic, passionate and detail-oriented
  • Immediate available preferred
