Responsibilities:

  • Creates and process purchase orders, obtains signatures, records for payment and follows up services like take initiative to feedback customer and Business Unit
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner by e-mail and phone
  • Maintain and record stock inventories for consignment and warehouse between actual and system
  • Communicate with Sales team and understand the current and future requirements
  • Assist the manager in transactions and any projects required
  • Support Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in supply chain management, business administration or related field is an ADVANTAGE
  • 4 - 6 years’ experience in customer service or logistics
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • SAP knowledge is highly preferred
