Customer Service Coordinator

The role of CS Coordinator is to ensure customer satisfaction by perform full order life cycle management from quote to invoice. It is key for this role to work in close collaboration with sales team, designers, as well as various vendors.

Key Accountabilities:
Support order fulfilment process from quote to invoice by:
Apply established pricing methodologies to prepare quotation
Check PO details including product specifications, price, shipment & payment terms etc.
Order input to SAP system and process PO to factory
Follow up the order processing with factory closely
Handle shipment documents when necessary
Provide quality customer service by:
Handle customer enquiries
Monitor and resolves customer complaints
Maintain good relationship with vendors

Key Challenges:
The product development schedule is tight during peak season
Need to communicate with a lot of related parties at the same time

Knowledge and Experience:
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum of 2 years work experience in manufacturing related customer service
Knowledge on ERP system processing would be an advantage but not a must
