Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities  

  •   Handle in-coming calls from clients
  •   Appoint maintenance and repairing booking with clients
  •   Arrange relocation quotation and booking schedule
  •   Support Macau daily operations

Requirements  

  •   3 years experience in customer services/ admin
  •   Good PC knowledge of MS Office and Chinese typing is needed
  •   Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  •   Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •   Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  •   Immediate available is highly preferred
