Customer Service Coordinator/Executive


- Requirements:
F.5 graduate / HKDSE or above, preferably with school / learning center / customer service experience

Pleasant personality, courteous, excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented and have strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and good team work ethic

Good PC knowledge and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft office and Chinese input

Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a collaborative environment

Required to work 5 days per week and on weekends

Candidates with more experience may be considered as Executive

Work at our studios in Central, Taikoo Shing or Mei Foo
