Customer Service - Credit Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform web compliance checks on merchant web sites as per internal policy
  • Identify risk, chargeback, fraud and compliance issues
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments
  • Conduct full enquiry on daily dispute cases
  • Escalation & investigation for chargeback cases

Requirements:

  • Post Secondary or above, Major in Business is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of credit card and merchant payment process is a plus
  • Payment gateway operation / Fraud checking experience is a plus
  • Experience in merchant payment processing field is an advantage
  • Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
  • A quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Excel
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Credit Risk Assistant
