1. Input sales order and arrange shipment
2. Closely collaborate with Sales to maintain healthy level of inventory
3. Handle pre-order and sample request
4. Prepare sales forecast
5. Liaise with customers and handle complaints
Diploma or above in any discipline with 5 years in sales co-ordination or customer service role which at least 2 years preferably to be gained in electronics industry
Knowledge on semiconductor product with experience to provide on time delivery to customers and enhance customer satisfaction level are strongly preferred
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skillsGood time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage.
