Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will support the smooth operations of sales. You will work closely with sales team, operation team, external suppliers and customers. You are expected to answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner, execute full range of administrative support including data entry, sales presentation material and sales project coordination.

Requirement

  • 2 years or above customer service or sales support working experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, willing to multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS word , Outlook, Excel)
  • Good communication in spoken and written English and Chinese
