  1. The service management and coordination of all channels of mobile customer service;
  2. Formulate and optimize the service process of all channels of mobile customer service;
  3. Internal training and service capability improvement of mobile customer service;
  4. Continuous improvement and promotion of mobile online customer service ability;
  5. Service report audit and supervision of mobile customer service;
  6. Service document and contract management;
  7. Assist in the relationship and retention of mobile customers;
  8. Assist in the coordination of internal and external customer complaints.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with mobile business or relevant service work experience is preferred;
  2. At least 3 years working experience in operator mobile service;
  3. Good communication skills and active service awareness, able to listen carefully to customers;
  4. Good teamwork and scheduling skills, good cross-functional cooperation;
  5. Strong learning ability and Internet service awareness, continue to promote online customer service;
  6. Good sense of responsibility and strong anti-stress ability, able to undertake high intensity work in stages.
