Customer Service Executive (5-day work)

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good communications skills
  • Good telephone and customer service manner
  • Responsible, self-motivated and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure with positive thinking style
  • Proficient in use of MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • 5-day work week – flexibility to work on Saturday duties (bi-weekly)
  • Fresh graduated will also be considered  
  • Immediate available preferred
