Customer Service Executive (5-day work)

Job Duties:

  • Handle daily enquiries and complaints from website members
  • Provide care and support service to website members
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty of overall service
  • Provide customer data to support the technical and other business departments
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments when required

 

Requirements:

  • F.7, DSE / Diploma or above
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Independent, mature, well-organized, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer services and problem solving skill, ability to work under pressure
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and other office software, good data summary and analytical skills
  • Occasionally travel to Guangzhou office for meeting/training is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
