Customer Service Executive (5 days work, regular office hours)

Position Responsibilities

  • To handle medical insurance enquiries with high quality of customer services
  • To handle the complaints and service recovery process and to give advice for these cases in order to retain and enhance the customer relationship
  • To input call log and enquiries data
  • To assist ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • With 1 year's of relevant experience in MNC in a call centre environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent teamwork, time management and communication skills
  • Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
