Responsibilities:

  • Handle Parent Consultation Hotline
  • Conduct parents workshop or seminars in providing product and service orientation
  • Provide service support in membership programs

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above, excellent interpersonal skill and can learn fast
  • Customer oriented, good communication and problem solving skill
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Being an existing member of our company is a definite advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
