Customer Service Executive (5 Months Contract)

HKT Teleservices

You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone, live chats and emails for a public utility in a tactful and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints via telephone
  • Work on tasks assigned by supervisor
  • No sales is required
  • Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
  • Working Location: Tsuen Wan

Requirements:

  • Obtained Diploma or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand basic computer operations
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • 1 year work experience in customer service would be preferable
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
