Customer Service Executive (5.5 days)

We are looking for a high energy individual who delivers professional customer service and is enthusiasm for Healthcare/Insurance industry to join us.


  • Handle live calls, customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in making appointment for customers
  • Responsible for Customer Relations Management
  • Provide professional customer service and accurate information to customers
  • Data processing

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline, Insurance Studies will be an advantage
  • 1-2 years of Call Centre  experience
  • Confident, enthusiastic, results and customer oriented
  • Good PC skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin beneficial
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
