The Job:

  • Handle telephone enquiries including complaints, regarding life and general insurance for customers and agents

  • Retain and enhance customer relationship

  • Communicate with customers through digital channel

  • 7*24 Shift duty is required

  • Other ad hoc duties

The Person:

  • Matriculated or above qualification

  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Service role

  • Experience in call center environment preferably insurance related

  • Customer oriented mindset with a passion to provide excellent service

  • PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel and Chinese word processing

  • Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills

  • Excellent task management and multi-task skills

  • Good communication and listening skills

  • Good commend of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Passed Paper I, II, III & V of IIQE preferred and LOMA qualification are well regarded
