Our client, leading art handler & storage provider in Asia is looking for Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities
職責

  • Develop and keep good business relationship with clients
    與客戶發展並保持良好的關係
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure orders and billing requests are handled promptly and accurately
    處理客戶請求並與各方協調以確保訂單和賬單請求得到及時和準確的處理
  • Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis & recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary
    定期審查工作程序和工作流程並提出建議

Requirements
要求

  • At least 2 years work experience
    兩年工作經驗
  • Candidates with Logistic background will be highly preferred
    具有物流經驗優先
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and  Mandarin
    操流利普通話和英語
  • Good communication and listening skills
    良好的溝通和聆聽能力
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Services Executive
    具有更多經驗的候選人將被視為高級客戶主任
